Run a search on Google for the company name and make sure you don't find a mass of complaints. Once you do that it's a smart idea to go over their website and see how much they pay for each post. I would be careful for one's telling you they pay over .25 cents per ad. That's a lot of money for a company to payout so anything above that I would think is a scam. Use your common sense when figuring out the payment terms.
